Testimonial

"As we continue our efforts to develop our supervisory talent, we reached out to Karen Jacobs with The Integrity Team, to facilitate a customized program for the agency. Over the course of four days, our managers, directors, and senior leaders spent time learning from one another and reviewing the core competencies our leaders need to enhance the supervisory experience in this field.  As a seasoned and intuitive facilitator, Karen was able to create meaningful discussions and thoughtful break-out groups to challenge our continued growth.  The feedback from our leaders about this experience was consistently positive, expressing appreciation for the dedicated time together and for Karen’s gift of engaging the entire audience.  It has been a meaningful experience and we appreciate Karen’s ability to assist The Arc Baltimore in moving our goals forward."
