Employment Works Program Highlight: Arc Montgomery County

Maryland Works is pleased to highlight the amazing work of the Arc Montgomery County in expanding employment opportunities. Landscaping and lawncare employees of the company showed passion for their work and expressed joy in a job well done. Outside of routine daily tasks, staff are gaining confidence through learning new skills such as operating different types of machinery and collaborating effectively with colleagues to reach organizational goals.
