Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide physical security to assigned post
- Monitor CCTV system
- Lock and unlock doors
- Perform security rounds, indoors and outdoors
- Check the Identification of all staff and visitors entering the building
- Issue Visitor Badges to all Visitors
- Receive packages
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Job description (Maintenance Helper)
Education and Qualifications:
High School degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent.
Skills and Specifications:
Should have good written and spoken communication skills.
Some mechanical maintenance experience is preferred.
Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and coordinate work functions with fellow workers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist maintenance mechanic in repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Carries tools and equipment to and from storage and working areas.
- Changing Light bulbs.
- Help ensures the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of a facility.
- Reporting defects, damages, and malfunctions of any kind to the supervising authority.
- Other duties as assigned
- Effectively completing all tasks as assigned by the supervising manager.
- Complying with all company policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while working.
Must be able to pass MD state police background check and drug test.
Employee needs to be able to get to the building within 60 minutes in case of a maintenance emergency.

Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm (1/2 hour Lunch)
All Federal and State Holidays off
