Strategies to Expand the Labor Force with Workforce Preparation

The National Conference of State Legislatures, in collaboration with the State Exchange on Employment & Disability, published a new online policy resource titled “Expand the Labor Force with Workforce Preparation." The policy resource highlights state workforce preparation strategies that provide various avenues to prepare youth and non-youth, including those with disabilities, with the skills needed to secure gainful employment.
