The Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion launched the “Disability is Diversity” campaign at the beginning of March to raise awareness about including disability in diversity, equity and inclusion plans. The campaign encourages everyone to commit to the inclusion of people with disabilities in their workforces and spread the word to educate employers, HR, diversity and inclusion and other employment professionals on accommodations, accessibility, ways to create inclusive workplace cultures and how to incorporate accessibility into diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
