American Rescue Plan Act Funds for Disability Employment
The Council of State Governments published a blog on “The American Rescue Plan Act: Utilization of Federal Funds to Bolster Employment Supports for Persons with Disabilities.” The blog, developed in collaboration with the State Exchange on Employment & Disability, explores how states can use ARPA funds to support an inclusive economic recovery and highlights sample legislation enacted in the states.
