The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who works under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. RBTs play a vital role in helping children with autism develop the skills they need to succeed in school, at home, and in the community.

Summary: This is a direct-service paraprofessional position requiring specific knowledge of mental health and skills in crisis intervention and stabilization. This position is responsible for responding to crisis calls that require face-to-face intervention with individuals and families in the community. This is an hourly pay position. The individual is expected to work as a member of a mobile crisis team. Responsibilities: Receive referrals for mobile response and respond directly to the individual(s) in crisis for assessment and acute stabilization Participate in consultation with clinical staff to ensure effective and ethical decision-making Implement short-term follow-up plans or stabilization and transition plans as developed by the Mobile Crisis Clinician. Summary: This is a supervisory position, requiring general and specific knowledge of community-based programs, behavioral health, recovery and rehabilitation.
