To guarantee that all measures are in place to prevent and identify abuse, neglect and exploitation, and protect persons served from any kind of harm. 9. Contacts appropriate administrative person (On-call Administrator on weekends or designated residential supervisors during the week) anytime an individual has a problem that merits immediate intervention. 10. Report incidents as required by the Incident Management Policies of DDS and Frontline. 11. Communicate all medical concerns to nurses and supervisors as per protocols. 12.
