This Advanced Leadership Training Program series is designed especially for all whom have the potential and capabilities of expanding their Supervisory Skills to achieve greater impact. This highly engaging and resource rich training program equips and empowers Supervisors at all levels to better handle difficult situations, be more forward thinking and boost their capabilities to better empower and ignite their workforce in today’s complex environment.

This course builds on the highly successful and top-rated MD Works Supervisory Bootcamp design and is facilitated by Karen Jacobs, CEO of The Integrity Team. Karen will be including 30-minute “Ask the Coach” group sessions prior to each of the six training modules to address Challenges and Opportunities Supervisors are facing.

Start this dynamic course by completing a quick self-administered Strengths Assessment, PDP ProScan, one of the most advanced assessment tools offered to support better communications, leadership styles, handling of stress, productivity techniques and motivation factors.

Bonus Resource: Each participant will receive a book on Personal Accountability – content will be part of this course work.

Facilitator / Coach:  Karen Jacobs, PCC, MBA brings over 35 years of expertise in Training, Management, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Market Research, Leadership Coaching, and Process Improvement. She is the CEO of The Integrity Team, Inc. a full-service training and coaching organization focusing on the growth of individuals and their organizations. She is an independent consultant for dss+. Previously, she advanced to C-suite as Director of Business Transformation with over 110 matrixed employees within a Fortune 200 Gas and Electric Public Utility. She has specific experience in leading organizational change, conflict resolution, problem-solving, group coaching and implementation and leading strategic service initiatives.
