Meeting Mastery: Maximizing every Minute:  We’ve all left meetings only to wonder what was accomplished. Often the agenda items that hijack the most time could have been emailed out ahead of time. In this interactive session, we will walk everyone through the process of how to:

 

  • Set expectations prior to the meeting (in person or virtual): Along with the start time and end time, gain hacks for creating an on-time and accountability culture.
  • Handle off topic questions and discussions.
  • Ensure meetings produce results.
  • The session includes an extended troubleshooting Q&A, where we will role play out challenging conversations.

 

 

Facilitators: Keith Scott & Rebecca Klein Scott 

Keith and Rebecca lead workshops around the country for nonprofits, government associations, start-ups, and Fortune 500s on public speaking, communicating with clarity, networking to get noticed, and the art of negotiation and body language.  This duo launched in 2014 and frequently make TV appearances, weighing in on the impact of communication in politics, news, and daily life.  They give back to the community by emceeing fundraising galas and leading pro-bono workshops. And, yes, the company name is a nod to their heights.

A cancellation notice is required five business days in advance for a refund. To request a cancellation, please send your request to registration@mdworks.com. This payment is not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deducted as a business expense. Please provide notice of accommodations needed two weeks in advance.
Courses have individual attendance requirements to receive a certificate. Please inquire with the trainer before missing any classes.
Unregistered Attendees: Training fees are per seat. Only those who have registered for a training are allowed to attend. If MD Works identifies unregistered attendees in a training course, MD Works will invoice for each unregistered attendee.
