There are three essential virtues of the ideal team player. They are essential in building a high performing team. More importantly, is designing a hiring strategy that recognizes and leverages the various levels and presence of each of the key virtues of “hungry, smart and humble.”
Participants will be engaged with reading The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni and completing the companion workbooks. Length of each lunch and learn series will be predicated on the length of each book in the series.
The lunch and learns will be structured around a series of 60–90-minute sessions over a 3-5 week period. Each session will require participants to read chapters from each book, attend each meeting prepared to share their respective learnings as they complete corresponding sections of the companion workbook, engage in active discussions, and share how they will be applying what they have learned within their respective organizations.
