The Mayo Clinic defines resilience as our ability to adapt well and recover quickly after stress, adversity, trauma or tragedy.  In other words, resilience is our ability to struggle well.

In this course, we will redefine our relationship with stress by exploring three pathways to transform stress into strength: Engage, Connect and Grow. Participants will learn skills to increase their resilient disposition, so they are better able to maintain poise and a healthy level of physical and psychological wellness in the face of life's challenges.

The content of this course is based on research by Kelly McGonigal, Ph.D, Dr. Martin Seligman, the founder of Positive Psychology and the Mayo Clinic.
