For professionals who have no experience with (or need a refresher on) work incentives in the Social Security Disability and SSI programs, an optional webinar on this content will be provided on Wednesday, October 9, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Facilitator:  Michael Dalto has delivered training and technical assistance on public benefits and related work incentives for 35 years.  He created a state benefits planning certification in Maryland and trained and supported 60 benefits planners using over 50 original training sessions.  He provides continuing education training for Benefits Planners through Cornell University.  He has consulted with organizations including Virginia Commonwealth University, Griffin-Hammis Associates, the University of Massachusetts/Boston, the Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services and the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration.  He currently provides benefits planning through the National Association of Blind Merchants.
