01-14 Getting What You Want: Setting & Maintaining Boundaries With Others

Getting What You Want:
Setting and Maintaining Boundaries with Others

Thursday January 14, 2021

9:45 a.m. – 12:00 noon

When managing staff, working with a client or just interacting with co-workers, one of the more difficult things for many of us is to tell others what we want from them and sticking with boundaries and limits. When we can’t successfully do that, we can be angry and resentful with others and ourselves. In many cases this will affect our work and make us unhappy and stressed.  Boundary setting can also help you set a life vs work balance while working remotely.

In this session you will be provided with support to help you set and keep boundaries that can make your work easier and provide for more effective relationships.  This will be done in small and large groups.

This session will increase your understanding and give you practice in:

  • Defining a boundary.
  • Seeing examples of setting them effectively.
  • Why it may be difficult for you to establish them.
  • How to effectively set a boundary.

All registrants will receive the Zoom Meeting Link two days Prior to the training session
