• Managing Return-to-Work, Disability and Leave: Tips for managing COVID-19 and disability related absences.
• Wage and Hour Update: What are the latest trends related to equal pay, pay transparency, and common pitfalls to avoid?
• Workplace Discrimination, Harassment, Bullying and Retaliation:  As employers work on Diversity equity inclusion and belonging DEIB initiatives, challenges continue in advancing and supporting workplace civility. We will look at pitfalls to avoid.   
• On the Horizon: Recap new laws that will take effect in October and what may be on the horizon for 2021-22 at the state and federal levels.
