Maryland Works On the Move

Maryland Works has recently focused on expanding marketing and outreach efforts to increase awareness of the organization’s trainings, memberships & opportunities by attending various functions such as Maryland Chamber of Commerce’s Inspire MD event & The Greater Baltimore Committee’s Leadership Café with the U.S. Secretary of Labor Martin Walsh.

In addition, we hosted an exhibitor table at The Arc Maryland’s Annual Awards Ceremony while Marketing Director, Kevin Armstrong, attended a Maryland Association of People Supporting Employment First’s (APSE) networking event. We are also excited to report that CEO, Mary Manzoni, was recently appointed to the Maryland APSE Chapter Board of Directors. With both Maryland Works and APSE having an exclusive focus on Employment First, fair pay, and inclusive workplaces, we look forward to this synergistic partnership.

Maryland Works would also like to welcome Kennedy Krieger Institute as a new Provider Network Member. We are grateful to have the opportunity to serve your organization and we thank you for your membership!
