In today’s increasingly evolving and demanding work environment handling workplace conflict is an essential skill. When different groups of people works together, conflicting ideas and opinions are bound to arise, and unresolved conflicts can harm individuals, teams, and the organization.

Conflict at work can leave individuals feeling isolated and discouraged. It can create challenges for all those involved and result in hard feelings.

We can all hope for a more peaceful world in 2024. In our own working lives, we can turn this hope into reality. When we feel powerless in the face of conflict, it is reassuring to know that some things are within our control. We encourage individuals at all levels in the workplace to embrace the tools and techniques introduced in this training course to prevent conflict and achieve better resolution when it does occur.

Participants are encouraged to bring workplace conflict issues to the training program. Moreover, relevant examples and scenarios will be explored using the tools and techniques covered in this course. Shift your thinking into solution mode after being equipped to:

  • Handle disgruntled employees
  • Create interpersonal strategies for resolution
  • Learn effective steps to handle conflict
  • Manage the conversation for successful outcomes
  • Approach the problem with mutual understanding
  • Embrace a framework that works and learn techniques to reduce the tension and stress by diffusing the situation
  • Understand the power of negotiation to balance the emotional impact
  • Seek to create a wining endgame
