This program is designed to help employees understand and identify their superpower. A superpower isn’t a skill but a perspective, a mindset, a way of working that enhances everything an individual touches. This course builds confidence, initiative, and positive engagement leading to success. Incorporated into this training is the essence of finding a balance between independence, power, humility, and purpose.

Course content:

  • Understand the concept and benefits of an individual’s Superpower
  • Identify ways to utilize your natural gifts and abilities
  • Describe what ways you have used your superpowers in the past and explain why it is valuable to making decisions
  • Maximizing the ways to be seen and validated
  • One’s superpower is part of our personal brand learn what it impacts
  • Gain professional and personal brand identity alignment with your superpower
  • Learn the key steps to achieve balance with confidence, power, humility, and purpose

Facilitator:  Karen Jacobs brings over 35 years of expertise in Training, Management, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Market Research, Leadership Coaching, and Process Improvement. She is the Managing Director of The Integrity Team, Inc. a full-service training and coaching organization focusing on the growth of individuals and their organizations. She is an independent consultant for DuPont Sustainable Solutions. Previously, she was a Director with over 110 matrixed employees with a Fortune 200 Gas and Electric Public Utility. She has specific experience in leading organizational change, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and implementation of strategic service initiatives.
