The COVID-19 Pandemic has created many challenges and obstacles with providing quality-outcome-driven job development services.  This three-part workshop provides Employment Programs with guidance, strategies, resources, and tools to effectively develop and monitor employer partnerships.

The first one-day workshop (5/10/22): Supervising and Coaching Job Developers - explores the role of the Employment Program Manager in managing the job development process and the metrics used to continuously improve employer engagement.  This workshop is intended for those who supervise Job Developers.

The second one-day workshop (5/11/22): Training and Supporting Job Developers - explores how to train and track the job development process and the role Managers can play in developing the skills and assessing the performance of their Job Developers.  This second workshop is intended for those who supervise Job Developers and can include up to two Job Developers that they support.

Both workshops include assignments intended to reinforce the use of the processes, training materials, and tools needed to successfully supervise and train Job Developers.

On 6/21/22, a follow-up virtual community of practice workshop will occur where the Employment Program Managers and participating Job Developers can share their completed assignments, discuss the application of the processes and tools as well as next steps in the development of their Employment Program.
