The Workforce Network is a membership organization that offers broad-based support for workforce development professionals while specializing in issues impacting individuals experiencing barriers to employment.
The Network supports workforce development professionals by offering continuing education, access to and awareness of resources, opportunities to network with peers and experts, as well as consultation.
Membership benefits include:
• Network and share best practices with workforce development professionals. • Attend educational workshops and networking events geared towards national certification (National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, NAWDP). • Receive discounts to network events and publications, as much as 42%. • Receive “The Workforce Professional”, a bi-weekly newsletter related to issues impacting workforce development. • Utilize Workforce Network staff for resources, program development, and technical assistance. • Network and connect with employer representatives.
Dues Structure:
An individual professional in the Workforce Network (WFN): $ 50
A group of professionals (individuals from the same agency, organization, etc.): * 3 to 5 professionals: $125 * 6 to 10 professionals: $250 * 11 to 15 professionals: $375 * 16 to 20 professionals: $500 * 21 + professionals: $600 A member of NAWDP (Visit www.nawdp.org for membership benefits): Join both the WFN and NAWDP: $ 80
